Generic Latisse
Latisse, the first and ONLY FDA-approved eye lash treatment for inadequate or minimal eyelashes,
grows your lashes to be longer, darker, stronger and fuller. It takes effect in as early as 8 weeks
and full results within a 12-16 week period. The treatment includes the Latisse solution itself and
an applicator which needs to applied nightly. It's inner active ingredient is Bimatoprost.
Side effects associated with Latisse tend to be mild; however, as with any other medication,
it is not suitable for everyone and should not be taken without precaution. Patients taking
Latisse should be aware that reactions vary from person to person and side effects cannot be anticipated.

Common mild side effects include:
- itching sensation and redness in the eye
- skin darkening
- eye irritation
- dryness
- redness of the eyelids
You should not take Latisse if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
You should take precautions and tell your doctor or pharmacist if:
- You have vision problems
- You have an eye infection problem
- You are planning to have eye surgery
- You are using Lumigan or other products in the same class for elevated intraocular pressure
- You have a history of abnormal IOP
