We do not process orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 2:00 pm EST on a Friday, the order will be saved at the logistics department and processed the following Monday.

What are your shipping policies?
Quick and simple.

With standard shipping, your order will be shipped, and delivered within 7 to 14 business days (for brand pills) and 14 to 24 business days for generic pills) from when the order is filled, depending on your whereabouts.

Express shipping is available for generic pills only, and will have your order to you within 7 business days from when the order is filled. We will notify you by email if there is a problem with fulfilling your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is shipped out.

How does express shipping work?
Express shipping is currently available only for generic pills. With express shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 7 business days from the day the order is shipped. If you order multiple products, we will do our best to ship everything together via express shipping. However, if this is not possible,

we will ship what we can via express shipping, and the remainder of your order will be sent via standard shipping. If express shipping is not available in your location, you will receive an email from us advising you as such.
